CARDIFF BY THE SEA, Calif. -- A first-of-its kind solar-powered trashcan is being used to get rid of trash at a seaside market. The trash compactor is called the Big Belly and it's described as a trashcan with a big appetite.
This is one of the first installation sites for the invention. The device can hold four times more trash then regular cans, according to its makers...
